Michele became a member of the Women’s Fund in 2014 and a member of the Research Committee in 2015. She attended Georgetown University to pursue International Economics and German, receiving a Fulbright to study and teach in Vienna, Austria for two years. Subsequently, she worked in New York City, where she earned an MBA from New York University and eventually became a Vice President for Citigroup’s Private Bank. In 1992, she transferred to San Francisco with Citigroup. She moved to Santa Barbara in 2005 with her husband, where she maintains her status as a Certified Financial Planner. She has been involved with Court Appointed Special Advocates, first as an advocate and later as board president and served on the board of the Montecito Association. Currently Michele is serving as a board member with CAMA (Community Arts Music Association) as well as a sustainer of the Junior League and Daughter of the American Revolution.
